He is survived by: his former wife Alice Kessler; his children, Vicky Justice of Killbuck, Daniel Justice (Carrie) of Wooster, Cheryl Medley (Shane) of Millersburg, Carol Justice of Shreve, Valerie Cullen of Millersburg, Brad Justice (Tara) of Millersburg and Michael Justice of Millersburg; and his siblings, Robert Summers, Opal Ellis, Patsy Gawler and Linda Sue Graham. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren.
