He was predeceased by: his parents, George Agawa and Bernadette Agawa (Biron); his sisters, Gladys, Rita, Mary, Mildred, Juanita and Hilda; his former wife Ethel Fortune; and his stepdaughter Audrey Conner.

He is survived by: his stepdaughter Judy Coakley (John); and his brother Greg Agawa. He is also survived by 5 step grandchildren, his many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
