He is survived by: his children, Ashley Hershberger (Evan) of Wooster, Matt Brillhart and Alysia Brillhart (Eric Harsh); his brother Randy Brillhart (Linda) of New Philadelphia; his nieces and nephews, Chris Brillhart (Elyse), Chad Hicks (Tricia), Kayla Oswalt, Carly Rice (John), Mariah Chupp (David), Taylor Leppla (Holly), Sawyer Leppla (Kelsi Thompson), Connor Leppla, Keaton Leppla (Kiana Austin), Kacie Leppla, Kylie Leppla, Landon Leppla and Bryson Leppla; his sister Connie Muse; his nephew Dustin Brillhart; his brother-in-law Chuck Oswalt; and also, Larry Leppla, Pat Leppla, Shari Oswalt, Marty Leppla, Tim Leppla (Jen Howell), Tom Leppla (Dorothy) and Jo Muse.
