He is survived by: his father Eric Smeby of Millersburg, Ohio; his daughters, Anna Smeby of Howard, Ohio, Justine Smeby of Howard, Ohio and Dawn Smeby of Howard, Ohio; his grandmother Patricia Smeby of Painesville, Ohio; his siblings, Eric Dylan Smeby of Millersburg, Ohio and Jessica D. Klepatzki (Anthony) of Howard, Ohio; and his half-sister Corina B. Nash of Millersburg, Ohio. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
