He was predeceased by: his parents, Norbert Chase and LaVerne Ames; and his brother Jim Chase. He is survived by: his wife Deb Chase (Davis); his siblings, Steve Chase (Karen), Debbie Allison (Tim) and Denise Zaugg (Ron); his stepparents, Barbara Chase and Tom Ames; his stepbrother Les Ames (Kim); and his siblings-in-law, Kathy Chase, Helen June Stoycheff (James), Carol Samples (Rick) and Kenneth Davis (Cheryl). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
It was a tremendous blessing.Memorial contributions may be made to St. John's Evangelical Church of Millersburg, Ohio or to the Holmes County Humane Society.
