He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Sinnett and Clara Sinnett (Duff); his son Rusty Dawson; his grandson Austin Melchor; and his siblings, Harley, Burl, Jack, Flo Dennings, Margaret Parsons, Twila Miller and Eva Sinnett.
He is survived by: his wife Dee Dee; his children, Debbie Hoxworth (Allen) of Millersburg, Sharee Miller (Eric) of Millersburg, Gilbert Sinnett (Carol) of Stow and Brenda Melchor-Olsafsky (David) of Tippecanoe; his grandchildren, Rusty D. Dawson (BJ), April Rose (Will), Doris Miller (Jim), Donna Thomas, Brandon Stevens (Tony), Brock Eiler (Misty), Breanna Maurer (Kyle), Cody Shane, Tyler Miller (Kayla), Cortney Yerian (Derrik), Taylor Edwards (Marcus), Rachel Ballinger (Jeremy), Landon Sinnett (Eryn), Shannon Sinnett, Audra Baker (Daryl) and Abriel Shoup (Brandon); and his siblings, Henry "Pete" Sinnett (Jean) of Millersburg and Susie Cox of Pullman, WV.. He is also survived by 29 great-grandchildren and 12 great great-grandchildren.
