She is survived by: her husband George Charles Proper; her children, Jackie Patterson of Millersburg, Steven Charles Proper (Katie West) of Lebanon, Mark Proper (Lucinda Miller) of Killbuck and Lance Proper (Kathy) of Killbuck; her grandchildren, Josh Proper (Brandie) of Killbuck, Krystie Proper of Killbuck, Angie Patterson Price (Steve) of Millersburg and Laura Patterson of Howard; and her siblings, Danna Butler of Big Prairie, Raymond Gooding (Toy) of Clark, Joe Gooding (Cheryl) of Stillwell, Max Gooding (Betty) of Brinkhaven and Chris Gooding of Wooster. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
