He is survived by: his son Adam D.; his siblings, Ann Price (Richard) of Sugarland, John Poulson (Glenda) of Millersburg, Linda Ellis (Russel Geiger) of Mt. Vernon and Bonnie McKelvey (Steven) of Coshocton, Ohio; and his close friend Vicki Lewis of New Philadelphia. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
