Rita Warnimont Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rita Warnimont of Miller City, Ohio, born in Ottawa, Ohio, who passed away on March 4, 2021 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, August Michel and Selena Michel (Boerger); her husband William B. Warnimont; her sons, Richard and Steven Warnimont; her daughter-in-law Becky Warnimont (Wehri); her grandson Stephen Schmidt; and her siblings, Clair, Francis, Harry, Paul, Richard Michel, Grace Bendele, Anne Michel and Lauretta Foughty.
She is survived by: her children, Joyce Schmidt of Ottawa, Tom Warnimont (Doris) of Miller City, Ben Warnimont (Linda) of Miller City, Roger Warnimont (Linda) of Miller City, Carl Warnimont (Jane) of Miller City and Marty Warnimont of Ottawa; her daughter-in-law Karen Warnimont of Ottawa; her sister Edith Kleman of North Creek; and her sisters-in-law, Mary Ann Michel of Ottawa and Eileen Klausing of Ottawa. She is also survived by eighteen grandchildren; twenty eight great-grandchildren.
In keeping with the social distancing guidelines, a visitation will be held on Sunday from 2:00 p. m. to 8:00 p. m. at LOVE FUNERAL HOME, Ottawa and again on Monday at 10:00 a. m. until the time of mass at the church.
Memorial donations may be made to Putnam County Homecare and Hospice or a charity of the donor's choice.
