It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marvelle A. Niese of Miller City, Ohio, born in New Bavaria, Ohio, who passed away on December 13, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Okuley and Elizabeth Okuley (Cunningham); her husband Melvin L. "Manny" Niese; her grandson Mark Niese; her brothers, Kenny and James Okuley; and her brother-in-law Mike Younker.
She is survived by: her children, Deb Schuerman (Michael) of Ft. Jennings, Allen Niese (Ann) of Miller City, Doug Niese (Marlene) of Ottawa, Kevin Niese (Bev) of Leipsic, Michael Niese (Ruth) of Napoleon, Nicholas Niese (Jill) of New Bavaria and Jody Chattos (Andy) of New Albany; her siblings, Ronald Okuley (Carol) of New Bavaria and Jeanette Younker of Huber Heights; and her sisters-in-law, Jeanette Okuley of Holgate and Marlene Okuley of Ottawa. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren.
