He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Otto and Alice Otto (Schroeder); his son Jeffery Otto; his grandson Luke Otto; his sister Patricia Siebeneck (Daniel); and his siblings-in-law, Paul Niese, Gordon Verhoff, Patricia Otto and Barbara Otto.
He is survived by: his children, Gregory Otto (Rebecca) of Miller City, Sheree Ruck (Joe) of Miller City, Michael Otto (Andrea) of Miller City and Todd Otto (Chelsie) of Miller City; his grandchildren, Gabe, Joey, Gigi, John, Jude, Gemma, Genevieve, Giuliana, Gisella, Georgina Otto, Ava, Alex, Sophia Ruck, Noah, Maddie, Lizzie, Will, Vivi Otto, Lily, Josie, Coletta, Sam, Addy and Eli Otto; and his siblings, Eileen Niese of Miller City, Joyce Shafer (Gary) of Ottawa, Sharon Verhoff of Glandorf, Charles Otto and Larry Otto (Janice) of Miller City.
