She was predeceased by: her daughter Diane; her grandson Adam Bendele; and her siblings, Gerald, Daniel, Eugene, Robert, Bernard, Dorothy, Irene and Eileen.
She is survived by: her spouse Robert Cavanaugh; her children, Steven Cavanaugh (Joyce) of Defiance, Christine Smith (Timothy) of Sylvania and Shelly Bendele (Tony) of Wapakoneta; her grandchildren, Ashlee Smith, Amber Clasper (Christian), Nicholas Smith, Andrew Bendele and Aimee Bendele; her great grandchildren, Payton, Lily and Violet Bendele; her siblings, John Schroeder (Janet), Carl Schroeder and Mildred Schulte; and her grandchild Gramma Purple.
Donations may be made to Putnam County Home Care and Hospice who has lovingly cared for her in her last year.
