She is survived by: her spouse Meryl Hoffman; her children, Jerry Hoffman (Betty) of Miller City, Robert Hoffman (Mona Lisa) of Miller City, Janet Duling (Art) of Glandorf and Diane Dickman (Dave) of Miller City; her grandchildren, Darcie Hoffman, Chelsea Hoffman, Alisha Hoffman, Bryce Hoffman, Andrew, Justin Hoffman, Kyle Hoffman, Sarah Powell (Jason), Cheryl Maci (Drew), Martin Duling, Janelle Kleman (Ryan), Toby Duling, Travis Dickman, Matthew Dickman and Derek Dickman; her great grandchildren, James Hoffman and Brantley Powell; and her sister Betty.
