She was predeceased by: her father John William Skinner. She is survived by: her husband Fred Cook of Louisville; her son Austin Cook; her mother Marilynn Kearnes Skinner of Milledgeville; her brothers, John W. Skinner of Statham and Ernest Robert Skinner of Lawrenceville; her mother-in-law Cathy Cook of Warthen; and her nieces and nephews, Chrissy Skinner, Shelby Skinner, Ernest Skinner, Will Skinner, Ellie Skinner, Aria Moon, Calleigh Skinner, Lilly Skinner, Keenan Cook, Emanuel Cook and Ella Cook. She is also survived by aunts and uncles.
