He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur W. and Eileen; his wife Arlene J. Parker (Fackler); his daughter Penny Wright; and his siblings, Jack Parker, Luella Garcia, Peggy Parker and Rose Wireman.
He is survived by: his sons, Paul A. Parker Jr. (Kathy) of Heaters, WV, Jack Parker of Norwalk, OH and Michael Parker (Erin) of Menafee, CA; his stepson Mark Reilly (Mary) of Sacramento, CA; his grandchildren, Kiersten Case (Brad) of Delta, OH, Kayla Guzman (Julian) of Millbury, OH, Christopher Parker of Heaters, WV and Steven Parker (Megan) of Gassaway, WV; and his sisters, Millie Meade of Norwalk, OH and Wilma Schuh of Norwalk, OH. He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews.
