She was predeceased by: her husband Dean F. Perkins Sr.; her daughter Linda Edwards; her grandson Daniel Perkins; and her stepsons, Richard and David Perkins.
She is survived by: her children, Ray Perkins (Kim), Roger Perkins (Laura), Dean Perkins Jr. (Cindy), James Perkins (Christine), Nancy Blankenship, Larry Perkins (Lauri) and Ken Perkins (Lisa); her sister Carrie Mitchell; her stepchildren, Betty Walker (Larry), Mary Casto (Carlos) and Edward Perkins (Patsy); and her caregivers, Connie, Dominique and Theda. She is also survived by twenty three grandchildren, twenty four great-grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren.
