He was predeceased by: his wife Emma J. Donnally; his grandchild Kiley; and his brother Sam Donnally. He is survived by: his children, Charles E. Donnally (Peggy), Dawn A. Klickman (John) and Diane K. Jarrett; his grandchildren, Erin, Joshua, Andrea and Brent; and his siblings, Clara Breese and Robert Donnally.

Donations may be made to Hospice of Northwest Ohio or Cedar Creek Church.
