She was predeceased by: her parents, George Gray and Henrietta Gray (Truby); her husband Daniel David Mikolajczyk; her sister Catherine Roman (Gray); and her granddaughter Pamela Brandon (Mikolajczyk).
She is survived by: her sons, Steven (Susan), George and Timothy (Virginia); her grandchildren, Mark, Christopher, Jonathan, Todd "Zach" and Samantha; and her great grandchildren, Zane, Kassandra, Madilyn, Carter, Lennox, Jordyn, Maxwell, Brady, Blake, Aiden, Emily and Jaxon.
