He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Freeman Roberts and Lillie Roberts (Jones); his wife Joyce; his children, Frank Jr. (Shannon) and Lorra; and his stepchildren, Randy and Sunceya. He was also cherished by his grandchildren and great- grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to local animal shelters in honor of Frank.
