With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David A. Jensen of Millbury, Ohio, born in Oregon, Ohio, who passed away on November 25, 2020 at the age of 58. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of David A. Jensen to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Grace Warmbrod-Sheldon, Earl Warmbrod, Gene Sheldon, Carl and Dorothy Jensen.
He is survived by: his parents, Barbara Jensen (Warmbrod) and Roger Jensen; his brother Steven Jensen (Carol); his niece Jessica; and his nephew Ben. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Due to the Pandemic, Private Graveside Services will be held at Allen Township Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to Bethel Church in Elmore, Ohio.
