He was predeceased by: his wife Grace Fulmer; his parents, Clifford Fulmer and Eva Fulmer (Stubblebine); his daughter Joyce Elaine Fulmer; and his siblings, William Fulmer, Helen Lucas and Eva Jeanette Fulmer.
He is survived by: his son Richard Fulmer; and his brother Cliff Fulmer. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Graceland Memorial Gardens (5989 Deerfield Rd, Milford, OH 45150).
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to a charity of choice, a fitting tribute to a man who gave so much to those around him.
