He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin P. Lewis and Bernice P. Lewis Sr.; his daughter Robin Lewis; and his sister Marcia Lewis Bryan. He is survived by: his wife Lorraine; and his children, Roger Lewis and Jennifer Lewis (Frank Fischesser).
