She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Smith and Earline Smith; and her siblings, Carl Herman Smith, Connie Trotter and Debbie Monroe.

She is survived by: her husband Fred Bauer; her children, Cynthia Greene (John), Jenea Hicks (Paul), Matthew Bauer (Stephanie) and Angela Shoemaker (Jeff); her grandchildren, Alicia, Samantha, Heather, Savannah, MacKenzie, Michelle, Isabella, Samuel, Teddy, Charlotte, James and J. J.; her great grandchild Skye; and her siblings, Sharon and Bill.
