He was predeceased by: his parents, Othel Coffman and Rita Coffman (Frankenberg); and his grandson Cody Coffman. He is survived by: his sons, Chris Coffman (Anna), Matt Coffman (Candice) and Jeremy Coffman (Melanie); and his siblings, Yvonne, Randy (Suzanne) and Kelcey (Carolyn). He is also survived by three grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in honor of Keith.
