He is survived by: his parents, Carl Rooks and Veneda Rooks (Wyatt); his wife Tina Rooks; and his children, Brittney Bogan (Nicholas), Brandon Rooks and Bradley Rooks (Rebekah).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Milford Christian Church (844 OH-131, Milford, OH 45150). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
