Dorothy T. Cook Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Dorothy T. Cook of Milford, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 18, 2024 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William Thiemann and Elizabeth Thiemann; her husband Donald Cook; and her siblings, William Thiemann Jr., Edward Thiemann, Donald Thiemann, Betty Hedding and Helen Buller.

She is survived by: her children, Donna Getzendanner (John), Denise Daggett (John), Darlene McEwan (Tim) and Douglas Cook; her grandchildren, John Scott Getzendanner (Mandy), Jennifer Getzendanner, Taylor Wendel (Aaron), Jacob Daggett, Daniel McEwan and Nicholas McEwan; her great grandchildren, Russell Cunningham, Austin Getzendanner, Kaylynn Getzendanner, Ivy Wendel and Kyle Getzendanner; and her brother James Thiemann. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and many dear friends.

Visitation was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 9:45 AM to 10:45 AM at the St. Columban Catholic Church (894 Oakland Rd, Loveland, OH 45140). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
