He was predeceased by: his wife Julie Helphinstine. He is survived by: his sons, Steve Cebula (Jody) and Dale Cebula (Nikki); and his grandchildren, Kalob, Seth, Logan (Anthony), Mayhugh (Kyle) and Henry.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Evans Funeral Home (741 Center St, Milford, OH 45150). A graveside service was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery - North (205 Eibeck Ln, Williamstown, KY 41097).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the American Diabetes Association in his memory.
