He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Hollandsworth and Dorothy Hollandsworth. He is survived by: his siblings, Lester Hollandsworth, Roger Hollandsworth and Betty Hollandsworth; his stepmother Judy Hollandsworth; and his stepbrothers, Shawn Turner (Katrina), Steven Turner (Sheila) and Kevin Turner (Misty).
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Stubbs-Conner Funeral Home (185 N Main St, Waynesville, OH 45068).
