She was predeceased by: her husband Gary Martin Penrod Sr.; her son John G. Penrod; and her brother Dennis Brewer. She is survived by: her children, Gary M. Penrod II and Judy Quillen (Jesse); her grandchildren, Tim Penrod, Matt Penrod (Nicole), Kassi Goodin (Keenan), Katey Penrod, Samantha Hinton, Brandon Penrod, Tyler Penrod, Nathan Quillen and Abby Quillen; and her sibling Pat Johnson. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
