She was predeceased by: her husband Gerald J. Schwartz; her parents, Herbert Cheek and Ethel Cheek; and her siblings, Herbert, Ralph, Michael and Mary.
She is survived by: her children, John Schwartz, Tim Schwartz (Carole), Jeffrey Schwartz (Mary), Mike Schwartz (Angie), Jamie Schwartz (Pam) and Jennifer Schwartz; her grandchildren, Benjamin (Sarah), Christopher, Josef (Stephanie), Sarah, Thomas, Matthew, Andrew, Katie and Tiffany (Kevin); and her great grandchild Grace.
