She was predeceased by: her husband Allen Chandler; her siblings, Gladys Kincaid, Donald Bates and Harold "Tick" Bates; and her parents, Joseph Bates and Bertha Bates.
She is survived by: her children, Sally Loftspring (David), Patricia Minniear and Douglas Chandler (Nancy). She is also survived by her eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Milford First United Methodist Church (541 Main St, Milford, OH 45150). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
