He is survived by: his parents, Ted Burgess and Anita Guy; his grandmother Louise Matson Guy; his uncles, Richard A. Burgess, John Matson Guy and Jeff Appleton; his aunt Sarah Dellinger; and his cousins, James Dellinger IV (Kate), Jordan Guy and Taylor Guy.
