She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth N. Kater and Maybelle Richardson Kater Campbell; her husband Lester E. Robinson Jr.; her children, Roland and Barbara Robinson; her siblings, Kathryn Kater Carter and Jerry Kater; and her stepmother Verlia Holbrook Kater.

She is survived by: her sons, Richard L. (Deborah Robinson) and Stephen M. (Rosanne Robinson); her grandchildren, Tyler Robinson, Samantha Polluck (Mason) and Christine Miller; her great grandchildren, Aubrey, Maxton, Sullivan Polluck and John Miller; and her siblings, Danny Campbell (Diane), Jean Thornton (David), Bryce Kater, Karolyn Kater Frasure, Bonnie Kater Newland, John Kater, Gene Kater and Ronnie Kater. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
