She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam Berry and Doris Berry (Gansheimer); her sister Mary (Berry); her brother-in-law Jerry Young; her brothers, Joseph Berry and Thomas Berry; her nephew Jeremy Long; her niece Louise Young; and her parents-in-law, William "Willie" and Viola Hay (Miller).
She is survived by: her husband Edward William Hay; her children, Brian Hay, Brooks Hay (Amy) and Annette (Berry); her sister Debby (Berry); her sister-in-law Jane Berry (Long); her grandchildren, Katelynn Hay, Kiersten (Hay), Joshua Good, Dustin Phillips, Ren Phillips, Seth and Ocean Phillips (Harriet); her great grandchildren, Aubree Wright, Annabelle Good, Jaycen Good, Joel Phillips, Leah Phillips, Collins Phillips, Bentley Harriet, Skyler Phillips and Jace Phillips; and her uncle Bill Berry.
