Woodworth (Milford Center, Ohio), born in Paintsville, Kentucky, who passed away on March 30, 2020, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Kennis Fairchild and Bessie Selvage Fairchild; her siblings, Alvis Roberts, Alton, Paul and Robert Fairchild; and her nephew Charles Kenneth "Kenny" Woodworth.
She is survived by: her husband Charles M. "Woody" Woodworth; her children, Paul Anthony "Tony" Woodworth of Milford Center and Tina M. Brooks (Casey) of Milford Center; her grandchildren, Allyson, Amber, Aaron Brooks and Anthony Woodworth; her sisters, Phyllis Haney (Robert) of Hager Hill, KY, Gladys Short (Robert) of Marysville and Irma Damron of Marysville; and her sister-in-law Nina Fairchild of Marysville.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Union County Humane Society in care of Ingram Funeral Home who is completing arrangements.
