She was predeceased by: her father Carl Berry; her brother Louie Berry; and her grandmother Grace. She is survived by: her close friend JoAnn Kalp; her husband Gary A. Smallwood; her children, Trina Roof (Bill Mick) of Texas, Tammy Roof of Minerva, Julia Christianson (Cain) of New Mexico, Czjaka Stevenson of Marysville, Craig Smallwood (Summer) of Broadway and Corey Smallwood of Marysville; her grandchildren, Heather, Natasha, Chase, Chelsea, Ami, Kolby, Kayla, Mariah, Nikki, Breanna, Alyssa and Aleaha; her mother-in-law Catherine "Katie" Smallwood of Marysville; and her brother-in-law Jerry Smallwood (Denise) of North Lewisburg. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
