She is survived by: her parents, Michael Lewis (Lori) and Sue Horner (Byrd); her daughters, Jen Eckert (Patrick Fox) and Katie O'Hara; her siblings, Tara Knowlton (Kevin), Aleah Horner (Troy Scott) and Ryan Lewis (Emily); her stepbrothers, Jake Parkinson (Kayla) and Logan Parkinson; her close friend Mark Stockmaster; and also Shawn O'Hara. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
