He was predeceased by: his wife Gloria "Glo" Jean Ebinger (Williams); his parents, Walter Sr. Ebinger and Roberta Ebinger (Stevens); his siblings, Walter "Bud", Paul Ebinger, Betty Fulton and Marvin; and his granddaughter Allison.
He is survived by: his children, Bart, Beverlee and Beth Ebinger (Larry); and his grandchildren, Ashlee, Aimee, Elizabeth, Mathew, Amanda, Tyler, Anthony, Amber, Taylor and Aleesha. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
