He was predeceased by: his wife Carole S. Kiser (Thom); and his brother Donald Kiser. He is survived by: his children, Khristina Kiser-Ortman, Kelly S. Zakerski (Kiser) (Mark) and Case R. T. Kiser; his grandchildren, Ashley McCauley (Trevor), Michael Zakerski (Holly), Richard Ortman, Lindsay Zakerski and Caroline Ortman; his great grandchildren, Rylie, Ophelia and Murphy; his sister Beverly K. Veith (John); and his sister-in-law Carol Kiser. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
