She was predeceased by: her parents, Karl Russ and Margaret Russ; her husbands, Leon Charville and Richard Sipp; her daughter Barbara Ohlinger; and her siblings, Almeta Smith, Tom Russ and Raymond Russ.
She is survived by: her children, Rick (Cindy) of Milan, Gene (Jo Ellyn) of Raleigh, NC, Nancy Goulet (Russell) of Delaware, OH, David of Milan and Mark (Holly) of Milan; and her brother Ted Russ of Oklahoma. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, four step-grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, and seven step-great-grandchildren, and numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
