She is survived by: her husband Richard H. Fabik; her sons, Tom Fabik (Cheryl) and Ray Fabik (Laura) of Lebanon, OH; her son-in-law Sam Darby of Normantown, WV; her grandchildren, Bryan Darby, Jesse Darby (Shannon), Sebastian Fabik, Mateo Fabik, Draden Fabik and Tevin Fabik; her great grandchildren, Presley, Jameson and Piper; and her sister Ida Hartman of Atlanta, GA. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
