He was predeceased by: his former wife Nancy Bartlome; his sons, Terry and Brad Bartlome; his stepdaughter Carolyn Lindenberger; his siblings, Norwood, Russell Bartlome, Elaine Young, Maxine Toth and Evelyn; and his parents, John Bartlome and Mabel Bartlome.
He is survived by: his daughter Tina Bartlome (Marty Martin) of South Amherst; his stepdaughter Terri Fedderke (Todd) of Napoleon, OH; his grandchildren, Camren, Collin and Caroline; and his brother Wayne Bartlome of Elyria. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
