It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kenneth P. Whitlock of Milan, Ohio, born in Saint Charles, Missouri, who passed away on July 26, 2022, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father George William; and his siblings, Shirley Mergenthal, Gary Whitlock, Jerry Whitlock, Pamela Prater and Debbie Whitlock.
He is survived by: his wife Virginia F. Whitlock (Ray); his children, Benjamin Whitlock (Mary) of Milan and Debra Baker (Dean); his grandchildren, Deanna, Kenneth, Jessica and Liam; and his siblings, Patsy Geers and Jim Whitlock. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
