Lewis (Naseem) of Luthersville, GA, Amy Lewis (Maggie Lewis-Stevenson) of Milton, DE and Stacey Lewis; his stepchildren, Larry Koelsch, Jr. (Crissy), Berlin Heights, Brian Koelsch (Julie), Josh Koelsch (Katie) and Milan; his grandchildren, Ethan John, Quinn, Benjamin, Dawson, Brennan, Hannah, Gavin, Corbin, Isabella, Payton and Sheridan; and his brothers, Larry Lewis (Brenda) of Brentwood, TN, Mike Lewis (Lori) and Milan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
