He was predeceased by: his wife Evelyn Sue Swinehart; his parents, Harry Swinehart and Ernestine Swinehart (Teenie); and his brother James Swinehart (Jim). He is survived by: his daughters, Becky Knittel (Matt) and Debra Harrell; his granddaughters, Stephanie Rivera and Heather Harrell; his sister Enid Wolfe; and his siblings-in-law, Tina Swinehar and Darrel Wolfe. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
