He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Kocher and Antoinette Kocher; his wife Patricia Kocher (Adelman); his son David Kocher; and his siblings, Rita Fulton, Mary Kocher, Virginia Missler, Roy Kocher, Robert "Sarge" Kocher Sr. and Howard Kocher.
He is survived by: his son Mark Kocher (Tonya Lewis) of Milan; his grandchildren, Heather, Gabe and Noah; and his sister Theresa Hofacker (John) of Norwalk. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
