She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Perry and Esther Perry (Keener); and her husband Richard J. Frederick. She is survived by: her sons, Chris (Sherri) of Ottawa Lake, MI, Dan (Tina) of Milan, David (Kathy) of Milan and Dean (Ansley) of Point Place, OH; her grandchildren, Zachary, Keith, Nicholas, Breanna, Madisyn, Adam, Rachel and Rylee; her stepgrandchildren, Darren and Chanse; her siblings, Donna Moore (Jim) of Oak Harbor and Bill Perry (Renee) of Catawba Island; and her aunts, Thelma Keener of Painsville, OH, Spinger Spaniel and Skipper. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
