It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Cochrane (Milan, Ohio), born in Tazewell, Virginia, who passed away on April 27, 2018, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her son Ronnie Lee Pounds; her father Homer Richardson; and her sister Anita Richardson. She is survived by: her husband Lester Cochrane; and her mother Eula Richardson (Payne). She is also survived by children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, siblings, nieces, and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Faith Memorial Church or Sand Hill Freewill Baptist Church.
