She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Kreider and Florence Kreider (Billingsly); and her husband Ralph D. Proctor. She is survived by: her sons, Kurt N. Proctor of Sandusky, Justin Proctor (Rachel) of Medina and Andrew Proctor (April) of Milan; her grandchildren, Christian, Gwen, Kate, Jacob, Noah and Kasen; and her brother Stan Kreider (Shirley) of Virginia. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and other loving relatives.
