He is survived by: his wife Anna Chaput (Eastom); his children, Sabrina Hoyt of Plainfield, Jennifer Chaput of Grand Junction, Colorado and Nicholas Chaput (Amber) of Milan; his grandchildren, Madison, Isaac, Emma, Haley, Noah, Sophia, Ellie and Brayden; and his siblings, Anne Chaput of Quebec, Canada, Elise Dehem-Trepanier (Stephane) of Quebec, Canada and Michael Chaput. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
